Cliff is known for his precision videotaping and editing. He perfected those skills shooting sports and storm chasing. His ability to keep one eye on the 'ball' or the skies has served him well while keeping up with surgeons in the OR as well as other medical staff in a fast-paced academic hospital.

Logan operates his camera and edits his videos with the skill of a surgeon which is ironic considering he never stepped foot into an OR until coming to the Medical News Network. It turns out he isn't the least bit squeamish and loves telling stories of people going from sick or injured to healthy and well.

Jessica joins the Medical News Network team after nearly 10 years in TV news. An Emmy^®-nominated journalist, Jessica worked in several local news markets before heading West to the bright lights of Las Vegas where she worked as a host and anchor for the CBS and ABC affiliates. Family brought her back to the Midwest where she landed here telling stories from inside the health system.

Emmy^® award winning news anchor, Alexis Del Cid, joined the Medical News Network team in September of 2021, after nearly 25 years as an anchor and reporter at radio stations and television stations across America.

She is also active educating people about Alzheimer’s disease and sharing her family’s journey with Alzheimer’s Disease. Her father was diagnosed in 2019. Alexis honors her father's experience with the disease and that of her family in her blog. She has been shaped by his influence including her ability to juggle and water ski... at the same time.

Anthony Nickens, Technical Director

Anthony Nickens is what we call a Quintuple Threat in the media industry. He can direct, report, write, and is a skilled videographer. He also has a wit sharper than a circular saw blade. Anthony is a proud Kansas City native. His credentials include a Cinematography certification from UCLA, 10+ years of multimedia experience in photography, live production, and videography, and credentialed work on numerous professional short film projects.

Nicole Stuart, Administrative and Production Assistant

If you’re looking for the most positive person in the room, look for Nicole Stuart. We could tell her the sky was falling, and she’d respond with a smile, and her signature giggle, “Didn’t have that on the calendar but okay. We’ll make it work.” Nicole has perfected all the organizational tasks to run a newsroom, along with all the responsibilities that come with it, that would make mere mortals crumble. She manages the guest lineups for five shows, five days a week, along with answering media calls.

Jeanene Kiesling, Producer

Emmy and Edward R. Murrow award winner Jeanene Kiesling has an eye for detail and creative flare whether it’s covering a news story or painting pumpkins. Jeanene has 20 years’ experience in broadcast journalism. She was born and raised in Overland Park. She is a proud Kansan and a huge KU basketball fan — which means March is basically a lifestyle. When she’s not working, she’s coaching her kids’ basketball, softball, or baseball teams, or diving into creative chaos at home (pumpkin decorating is serious business). So is producing the Morning Medical Update. She loves working alongside physicians and care teams and reporters.
